Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UGG

The marine areas of Palabuhanratu Bay and Ciletuh Bay that open southward to the Indian Ocean have a wealth of marine biodiversity as diverse as coral reefs as well as marine fish habitat and green turtles. Various types of fish such as, tuna, red snapper, mackerel, black snapper, squid, shrimp and lobster. This marine area became the source of livelihood of fishermen around the coastel area in Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UNESCO Global Geopark. This bay area is also a major spot for fishing, both at sea and on the rocks along the shores lines. When traveling from Palabuhanratu Beach to Ciletuh Bay by boat, on certain seasons in the morning we can see a group of dolphins around Ciletuh Bay.
