Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UNESCO Global Geopark Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UNESCO Global Geopark reached an agreement with Langkawi UGGp Malaysia and Geopark Kebumen Central Java to organize the 6th International Geotourism Festival & Conference 2025 (6th Geofest 2025). The signing of the agreement was carried out by each Geopark Management General Manager witnessed by the Deputy Chair of the Asia Pacific Geopark Network, Prof. Ibrahim Komoo. Geofest is an event that collaborates tourism and scientific activities with the aim of advancing the world of geotourism. This event, which takes place at international level, is divided into three stages. The pre-event stage was held at Ciletuh-Palabuhanratu UGGp, the main event at Geopark Kebumen, and the post event at Langkawi UGGp Malaysia (General Manager Langkawi UGGp, Dato' Haslina binti Abdul Hamid) "I hope that this Geofest will not only strengthen cooperation between Geoparks, but also become a place of learning in developing geotourism in Malaysia and Indonesia," explained Dato' Haslina in his statement, Cao Bang Vietnam, Friday (13/9).
